Happy New Year! We will be open this coming Monday Jan 21st, for Martin
Luther King Jr day. Also this month:
* YiY Membership
We are introducing a new YiY Membership system which will allow you to
rollover your monthly unlimited series automatically for the special price
of $115. You can also use your credit card. If you are on a 10 class series,
this may make sense for you.
* Valentine's Day Special
Following last year's successful Valentine's day, this Thursday February
14th you will be able to bring your date for free to try yoga at YiY.
We will put up posters at the studio nearer the date.
* New on the website
- The 2 Day Ashtanga Yoga Workshop photo gallery is up
- Ever wondered why yoga places so much emphasis on breathing? A new
article on "The Power of Breath".
* Kirtan (devotional chanting)
Sun Feb 10th 4:00-6:00pm, by donation
Join us for an evening of Kirtan (devotional chanting) in an event organized
with the Pacific Meditation Center (www.pacificmeditation.com). This lively
event is filled with music and chanting, led by Vishwakarma, a talented
and inspiring musician skilled in leading large groups in chanting.
