Dear friend of yoga,
Here is the latest news from your favorite yoga studio:
* Schedule Changes
The following changes are effective immediately:
- The Bikram classes on Mondays 9:15am, and Fridays 8:15am & 5:30pm
will now be taught by Vicky Rounds.
- The Monday 2:00pm Yoga Therapy class has been cancelled.
- Krassi Davis is the new instructor for the Yoga for Kids class on Mondays
at 3:30pm.
- Anne Bobb is now the teacher for the Friday 6:10am Mysore class.
- Savonn Wyland will teach the Monday 7:15pm Ashtanga Primary Series class.
* Lino Miele Ashtanga Yoga Intensive
November 12-17, 2002
We are proud to present this internationally renowned ashtanga yoga teacher
for the second year running. This may seem far in the future, but the
workshop filled up very quickly last year . YiY students are amongst the
first to hear of it, so make sure you save your space!
