After last month's successful hike, Laurel and Tim are organising another hike on Sunday, October 26th at 10am outside YiY to Nicene-Marks State Park.

* Schedule Changes

- The Tuesday 4:30-5:30pm vinyasa is cancelled
- Due to Sri K. Pattabhi Jois' World Tour and Lino Miele's Workshop,  all Mysore-style classes will be cancelled Oct 30 - Nov 10
