Dear Friend of Yoga,
We hope everyone included doing more yoga as part of your new year's
resolutions. To help you out, we've added a lot of new and exciting classes

making a mixed tape of music for each week
# NEW Iyengar classes with Tom Abrehamson, Mon & Wed 5:45pm. An opportunity

Mysore blog
Our teacher Anne has gone to Mysore, India with 3 students for 3 months
to study with the founder of ashtanga vinyasa yoga, Pattabhi Jois. This
blog will record their experience. If you want to be notified of new

YiY Hiking Group
Sunday Feb 8 Monte Bello and Los Trancos Open Preserve Hike. Meet at
the YIY parking lot at 10am. It's a short drive, 7 miles from the studio.
Also, you can read about this month's hike to see the elephant seals
at Ano Nuevo. Read about the January hike.
