# NEW teacher on Tuesdays, 5:45-7pm, Klaus Lehrach
"Klaus Lehrach is one of the most knowledgable and proficient yoga instructors I've had the pleasure of learning from. "The Mirror to the Soul"

Mysore India Blog
The blog (an online diary) has won a lot of followers since our intrepid team has set out from YiY to practice yoga in Mysore, India, with the founder of ashtanga yoga. You'll enjoy reading along as the four relate their adventures. You'll find plenty of photos, poems and even recipes, as well as comments from the rest of us.

As always, we look forward to seeing you in class,

Thank you from the whole team at YiY!
