Dear Friend of Yoga,
For our most ambitious workshop ever, we have invited a world class
teacher to spend 5 weeks teaching at YiY in June. If you've never tried
Mysore-Style Ashtanga, this would be the time to do it. Also we have
a rare and outstanding collection of photos of Bhutan on the website.

Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Intensive with Dominic Corigliano
June 6 through July 9, 2004 (5 Weeks) Sun-Fri 6:30-9am
This is a unique opportunity to study with Dominic Corigliano, one of the most
experienced ashtanga yoga teachers in the world. The 5 week-long workshop will
be a series of Mysore-Style classes, allowing you the benefit of one to one
attention. The length of the workshop will enable you to develop a deeper sense
of their own practice.
Workshop Costs:
$250 for 3 classes/week
$350 for unlimited
$20 drop in any day
Prices will go up after 5/31
YiY Hiking Group Sunday May 9, 10am
Mother's Day hike will be to Huddart Park in Woodside. The drive is short and
the hike will be moderately short this time. Bring your lunch. Bring your
mother, even if it's just in your heart!
Schedule Changes
We will be closed on Sunday May 30 and Memorial Day, Monday May 31.

Special Article: Paul's Trip to Bhutan
Paul King, a dedicated YiY student and hiker, went to the remote
country of Bhutan in the Himalayas. He generously made his commentary
and splendid collection of photos available to our website.
