New Mysore Schedule
Thank you for making the Mysore-style workshop with Dominic so successful. There has been a focused, uplifting energy in the practice room in the mornings, and we are hoping to continue with the momentum built up by the workshop. By popular demand we have decided to expand the YiY Mysore-Style program to a full 6 days a week. In line with tradition, Saturdays and Moon Days will be rest days. Here's the new schedule:

Sun: 7:30-9:30am
Mon to Thu: 6:30-8:30am
Fri: 6:30-8:15am Led Primary Series

The studio will be opened at 6am for the early risers.

To enable the expansion of the program, we have also had to raise the monthly unlimited subscription to $135.

YiY Hiking Group Sunday July 18, 10am
The July hike will be to Woodside. Meet at the YiY parking lot to carpool. To be added to our hiking email list or if you have any questions, email Laurel at redleaf5@comcast.net Also check out the photos of Lori's trip in a small plane above the San Francisco Bay Area.

* No Kid's Yoga (Tuesday 3:30) between July 20 and Aug 24
