We are excited to host Mark Horner for another Shadow Yoga workshop, following his succesful workshop last February. This workshop is intended both for those who attended last February's workshop and for those new to this style of yoga.

Mark Horner Shadow Yoga Workshop
This special two-session workshop will be an introduction to the Shadow Yoga Prelude Form. Mark Horner has been teaching yoga for 13+ years, and practicing for 23. He is the founder and director of Moksha Yoga Shala in Walnut Creek. In addition, Mark has led over 40 retreats and workshops around the world. This workshop will appeal to Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Vinyasa practitioners alike as the information will be directly applicable to these various styles. Participants should have a minimum of 1 year yoga experience and a good grounding in the standing poses and surya namaskar.
