PartnerYoga is an embodied spiritual practice which supports our efforts to

in the Spirit. Class activities will focus on yoga postures for the individual,
yoga postures modified to be done with the support of a partner and contemplation
of the essentials of relating. Julianne Rice has been teaching Hatha Yoga classes
in the Bay area since 1984. Her teaching style includes elements from Iyengar,
Vinyasa Flow, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, and dance.
