yoga (mulabandha).
Read our exclusive article by an expert medical
researcher to find out if you are using your Mula
Bandha (PFM) correctly, or even to find out what it
is (also see Bhavani's Bandha Workshop coming up

AIDS Lifecyle Ride update
Back in April our talented teachers Rebecca and Ken
led a charity workshop to help raise funds for
George Schneider's AIDS ride. He completed the ride
last month and here's his report:
"The AIDS LIFECycle ride was a success, over $6.8
million with over 1600 riders. I raised a grand
total $5,360.
Thanks to everyone at YIY who sponsored & supported
me. I will be riding next year and Rebecca & Ken
look forward to doling another Yoga fundraiser.
Thanks, George"
