Introducing Meditation with Mojdeh

Every Friday 7:15-8:15pm $7 Drop In

We all have a deep reservoir of peace and energy in ourselves. The outward focus on the events of our daily lives draws us away from this inner reservoir. Meditation techniques help us to quiet our minds, open our hearts, and make us progressively lighter, freer and happier to enjoy the very act of living.

· Meditation utilizes yoga postures and visualization techniques to strengthen our ability to tap into the energy within.
· The meditation activates a gentle process that enhances our awareness, energizes us and draws us deeper within our being.
· This class' breathing exercises and yoga postures are suitable for beginning and advanced students.
